Welcome to the site of Heathcote Art & Science Center (HASC), founded and directed by Gloria Brooks aka Natureglo.  HASC's doors were opened on Thursday, September 2, 2010 for it's Nature & Science Quest '10 (NASQ). Our current program consists of up to one in-person program per week plus live online and recorded classes on CurrClick.com in science, nature, art, and math enrichment.   HASC is currently a science and nature resource center within a renovated 1850's mill serving homeschooled, unschooled and schooled families nestled within 112 acres of forested valley within Heathcote Intentional Community

HASC holds a wealth of resources with organic gardens, greenhouses, bee keeping, permaculture, forest gardens, hiking trails, meadows, wetlands, decidous and coniferous forest, a stream, and frog ponds all available for experiential nature investigations and explorations.

Much of Natureglo's photogprahy and videography for her online classes is done right at the learning center and on the beautiful Heathcote land. HASC is a non-profit sponsored by the School of Living

Gloria will begin taking the HASC programs online with weekly class sessions on CurrClick.com. Please try out her free classes beginning April 28.

Meet founder and director of Heathcote Art & Science Center in the brief video trailer below. This is Gloria's debut movie "trailor". It says much in just over a minute.
